John Yes, it isn't aimed at discussion of TGM - in fact he doesn't really use much if any TGM terminology directly. ('points of pressure' being one phrase I recall). It is pure TGM however. Consider it a 'how to be a swinger' tape, focused on a very solid pattern that should really help people learn a proper 'swing'. If you've seen Doyle's tape, it is a great way to learn his basic pattern.
